Refund & Return Policy
At Ted & Tigg’s Pet Market, we want you and your pet to be happy with your order. Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers, return eligibility may vary by product.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items 30 days for International orders.. Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@tedandtiggs.com within 14 days of delivery. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address, if the item is eligible.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Print-on-demand items
- Pet food, treats, and chews
- Supplements and vitamins
- Flea, tick, and parasite treatments
- Opened grooming or hygiene products
- Waste management products once opened
- Used, washed, worn, or damaged items
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tedandtiggs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the concern and work to make it right.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after it has been issued, please check with your bank or card provider first. If the issue continues, contact us at support@tedandtiggs.com and we will be happy to help.
