Thank you for shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your pet's favorites to your door.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery location:
- United States Orders: Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
- Canada Orders: Most orders arrive within 10–21 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
How We Fulfill Orders
Ted & Tigg's Pet Market partners with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners who may ship products directly to you. If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products you purchase and your delivery location. We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100.00 (automatically applied at checkout, no code required). For US orders under $50, we charge a flat standard shipping fee of $7.99. Orders shipping to Canada are subject to a flat shipping fee of $19.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to begin updating after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, high order volumes, or supplier processing times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tedandtiggs.com, and we'll be happy to help.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@tedandtiggs.com. We will work with the supplier or carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
Ted & Tigg's Pet Market currently ships to the United States and Canada. Please note that international shipments to Canada may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
